Become an affiliate and help campgrounds succeed with Premier Campground Management software! Earn recurring commissions or flat fees by promoting a powerful solution that improves campground operations and guest experiences. Whether you prefer to generate leads or manage the entire sales process, our program offers flexible earning opportunities while making a real impact in the outdoor hospitality industry.

How It Works

Affiliates can choose their role:

Lead Generators: Earn a $250 flat fee for each qualified lead that results in a sale. The one-time fee is paid after the sale is complete.
Full Sales Affiliates: Manage the entire sales process, including demos, closing sales, and providing initial onboarding support, to earn tiered commissions. We provide sales support materials such as demo videos and sales scripts to help you succeed.

Qualified Lead Definition

A qualified lead requires a three-way introduction by phone, video conference, or email and must be a potential customer who:

Shows genuine interest in the software.
Has a need for campground management solutions.
Is a decision-maker or influencer at a campground or RV park.
Plans to make a decision within the next 6-12 months.

Commission Structure for Full Sales Affiliates

First Sale: 5% of the $2 fee per reservation ($0.10 per reservation), paid for 5 years.
Second Sale and Beyond: 25% of the $2 fee per reservation ($0.50 per reservation), paid for 2 years, then 5% for years 3-5.

Commission Payout Example

If an affiliate completes five sales, with each customer averaging 500 site reservations per month and remaining an active user of Premier Campground Management for 5 years, the payout would be as follows:

First Sale:
500 reservations x $0.10 = $50 per month, paid for 5 years.
Second Sale:
500 reservations x $0.50 = $250 per month for the first 2 years, then 500 reservations x $0.10 = $50 per month for years 3-5.
Third Sale:
500 reservations x $0.50 = $250 per month for the first 2 years, then 500 reservations x $0.10 = $50 per month for years 3-5.
Fourth Sale:
500 reservations x $0.50 = $250 per month for the first 2 years, then 500 reservations x $0.10 = $50 per month for years 3-5.
Fifth Sale:
500 reservations x $0.50 = $250 per month for the first 2 years, then 500 reservations x $0.10 = $50 per month for years 3-5.

Total Commission

First 2 Years: $1,050 per month
Years 3-5: $250 per month

Affiliate Approval and Renewal

Only a limited number of affiliates will be approved each year. Affiliates are renewed annually based on performance. Those not generating quality leads or sales may not be renewed, but non-renewed affiliates will still receive commissions for any sales already generated.

Please follow the instructions below and we’ll review your application. We’ll notify you once a decision has been made regarding your approval. If approved, we'll send an agreement document for your review and signature.
